Role: Web User Interface Developer
Established in March 2001, the National Cancer Institute's (NCI's) Center to Reduce Cancer Health Disparities (CRCHD) is central to NCI's efforts to reduce the unequal burden of cancer in our society. This project involved creating a CRCHD Intranet to maximize usability, adherence to XTHML Web Standards, and table-less design.
Description of Responsibilities
Working with the Usabiity Experts at User Centered Design I was the principle HTML developer on this engagement. I created the code for the public area and administrative pages. I also worked with the development team lead to design and integrate the PHP administrative backend pages.
