The Virginia Government Transformation Alliance (VGTA) was a team of six proven market leaders who have joined forces to support the State of Virginia Information Technology Agency’s vision of modernizing the state’s administrative business practices and IT infrastructure.
This partnership approach would:
- Stimulate job market growth through the better investments of limited state funds.
- Support economic development goals at state, regional, and local levels.
- Improve overall processes and organizational effectiveness through collaboration.
